Scian Solutions, LLC (“Husky,” “we”) operates the marketing site at this domain and the Husky product used by freight brokers and carriers. This policy describes what we collect, why, and from whom. We do not sell personal data.

Contact: support@huskyfreight.com. Jurisdiction: [Jurisdiction].

This website (waitlist)

When you request access we collect name, work email, company, role (broker, carrier, or other), optional reefer-load volume, optional message, the page you submitted from, and the time you consented. We use that information only to evaluate access and to reply. Submissions are not published.

The product (if you become a customer)

Husky then collects operational data needed to qualify a refrigerated load and keep evidence:

  • Identity and account data for brokers and carriers.
  • Company and legal-entity names, USDOT/MC numbers, VINs, drivers.
  • Load facts (commodity, value, setpoint, required run mode, stops).
  • Insurance documents and extracted policy-interior fields (endorsements, exclusions, schedules).
  • Evidence (origin pulp temperature, telematics, reefer downloads, documentary files), each labelled with a tier and provenance.
  • Append-only audit hashes and timestamps.
  • Support communications.

Product data is tenant-scoped: one brokerage workspace does not see another’s records. We fail closed if tenant resolution is unclear.

Sources

We collect data from you, from carriers you invite, and from named third-party providers. Inferred data is labelled inferred. Third-party results never silently become a qualification verdict.

Government / public

  • FMCSA. Authority, census, safety, inspections, and crashes. Not used for insurance status.
  • NHTSA vPIC. VIN decode.
  • CARB ARBER. TRU / CARB lookup where a public tool exists.
  • RDAP. Domain registration age and lookalike checks.

Insurance

  • Certificial. Policy and endorsement source of record. A certificate of insurance is not enough.

Identity / entity

  • Cobalt Intelligence. SOS registration, officer identity, TIN/EIN, UCC.
  • Stripe Identity. Officer identity verification.
  • ComplyAdvantage. Sanctions, PEP, and adverse-media screening.
  • Twilio Lookup. Line-type intelligence (including VoIP detection).

Telematics / equipment

  • Samsara. Run mode and air temperatures when a workspace connects telematics.
  • Thermo King / Carrier Transicold. Unit identity lookups where no commercial API exists.

Infrastructure (this site)

  • Vercel. Hosting and security for the marketing site.
  • Resend. Waitlist notification email.

Purposes

  • Evaluate waitlist access and communicate with you.
  • Qualify refrigerated carriers for a specific load and file Subpart O specifications.
  • Issue temperature instructions and assemble evidence packs.
  • Security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

Retention and rights

Waitlist records are kept until we decide access or you ask us to delete them. Product retention follows the workspace’s Subpart O clock and audit-trail rules: decision records are append-only and are not silently rewritten. Depending on [Jurisdiction] law you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, subject to those audit constraints. Email support@huskyfreight.com.
