Terms of Service
Last updated 17 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Scian Solutions, LLC, DBA Husky (“Husky,” “we”). They govern this website, the waitlist, and any access we give you to the Husky product that is not covered by a separately signed customer agreement. If you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement controls where the two conflict. By using the site or the product you accept these terms.
Who may use Husky
Husky is built for businesses — freight brokers, carriers, and the people who work for them. You must be at least 18 and, if you accept these terms for a company, you must have authority to bind it. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.
The waitlist
Submitting the waitlist form does not create an entitlement to access. We decide who gets access, and we may decline or defer without giving a reason. What we collect and why is described in the Privacy Policy.
What the product is — and is not
Husky produces qualification verdicts, temperature instructions, and evidence records to inform a brokerage’s own decisions. It is decision support, not a decision maker:
- A verdict (Covered, Not covered, Undetermined, Not qualified) is a statement about a load based on the data available at the time. It is not a guarantee that a carrier will perform, that cargo will arrive intact, or that a claim will be paid.
- You remain responsible for carrier selection, tender decisions, and your contracts with shippers and carriers. Husky is not a party to those transactions.
- Husky is not a freight broker, motor carrier, insurance broker, claims adjuster, or law firm. Nothing in the product or on this site is legal, insurance, or compliance advice.
- Record-keeping features (including Sanitary Transportation / Subpart O records) help you create and retain records. Your regulatory compliance remains your own responsibility.
AI-assisted output and third-party data
Verdicts are computed deterministically in code; models summarize and extract, as described in the AI Policy. Extracted and inferred data is labelled as such. Some data comes from named third-party providers (see the Privacy Policy); we do not control those sources and do not warrant that they are complete, current, or error-free. Verify before you rely on any output for a consequential decision.
Your data and records
You own the data you and your invited carriers submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display it to operate the service, including creating the append-only audit records the product exists to keep. You are responsible for having the right to submit what you upload and for its accuracy. Because decision records are append-only, corrections are recorded as new entries rather than silent rewrites, and deletion is subject to those audit and retention constraints.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, and no use to deceive shippers, carriers, or insurers.
- No misrepresenting a Husky verdict or evidence record — including presenting an altered, partial, or expired record as current.
- No probing, scraping, or bulk-extracting the site or product, and no attempting to access another workspace’s records.
- No reverse engineering, reselling, or building a competing dataset from the service.
- No submitting data you do not have the right to share.
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or puts the service, its data, or other users at risk.
Intellectual property and feedback
Husky, the site, and the product (excluding your data) are owned by Scian Solutions, LLC, DBA Husky and its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use them under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
Disclaimers
The site and the product are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that output will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, cargo loss, rejected freight, lost data, or business interruption; and (b) our total liability for all claims arising out of the site or the product is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
If you use Husky on behalf of a business, that business will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from its data, its tender and carrier-selection decisions, or its breach of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina, unless a signed agreement between us says otherwise. Each party waives any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and material changes to product terms will be notified to account holders. Continued use after a change is acceptance. You can stop using Husky at any time; sections that by their nature survive (your data obligations, IP, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.
Miscellaneous
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands. A failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the AI Policy are the entire agreement about the site absent a signed customer agreement.
